Bylaws for South Carolina Crappie Association (Articles 5, 6 & 7)

ARTICLE V- Removal of Membership

Section 1: Removal of Membership

A member shall be dropped from the membership roll for the following:

a.        Failure to pay dues.

b.       Conduct including, but not limited to violations of local, state, or federal laws that reflect on the character of the South Carolina Crappie Association and create disharmony or a situation that could possibly affect South Carolina Crappie Association operations and morale.

c.       Disqualification for any reason from participating in South Carolina Crappie Association sponsored events including disqualification for use of illegal drugs or alcohol.

d.        Introduction, possession or use of illegal drugs while attending South Carolina Crappie Association events.

ARTICLE VII- Method of Amending the Bylaws

Section 1: Amending the Bylaws

The bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting by 2/3 vote of the members present, provided written notice of the proposed amendment has been presented to the membership at least one regular meeting prior to the vote.

We, the undersigned chapter members, do hereby agree to the above bylaws and the commencement of this chapter on the 22^nd day of May 1999.
